Young people in full-time education will be admitted free of charge

This evening’s Chamber Music Concert given by the students of Redbridge Music Service is a regular annual feature in Redbridge Music Society’s calendar. The concert will include, , music by Telemann, Haydn, Vivaldi, Crusell, Dvorak, Devienne and Rachmaniniov and Anton Reicha and also music by the more modern composers Hungarian-born American composer Denes Agay (Polka, Tango and Rhumba from ‘Five Easy Dances’ ) and Michael Jackson (‘Smooth Criminal’ arranged for two cellos). The event will feature solo performances, string quartets and quintets, duos and trios and ensembles. The evening will conclude with a saxophone ensemble playing music by Brahms and Bizet.
Redbridge Music Service is renowned for nurturing the musical talent of young people across the Borough and tonight groups and instrumentalists from the Service will demonstrate their considerable musical talents.
